Beware: number of scam cases in social media increased

Important! Fraud cases are growingly frequent in social media.
How does it work?
You come across ads about quick loans on Instagram or Facebook. Then you follow the link and get to a Telegram channel that looks like the bank's official channel but is a fake actually (for example, @obank_manager).
What do scammers say?
You are promised loans with a favorable rate. For you to receive one, they ask you to pay 1,000 KGS as an insurance premium.
What happens after payment?
After the money transfer completion, you are blocked. In such a case, you lose your money and can never get that back.
How to avoid fraud?
• Do not follow dubious links. Bank employees never send links via social media.
• Do not transfer money. The bank never asks to transfer money to cards, e-wallets or third-party accounts.
• Do not disclose your card details such as card number, CVV code, codes from SMS or passwords.
Remember:
• If they promise too favorable conditions, it is almost always a scam.
• O!Bank never asks to transfer money for “insurance”, “commission” or “speeding up a loan approval”.
• All official applications are only submitted on our website and in the My O! superapp.
• The bank has no Telegram managers. No bank employee ever issues loans through messaging apps.
