How to open a card online?
You can do it within a few minutes in the My O! app. Go to O!Bank → Cards → Open and follow the steps.
Where can I get a physical card?
You can get a physical card at any O!Bank office or O!Store. Bring your passport.
What is the difference between virtual and physical cards?
A virtual card is suitable for online shopping and is issued instantly in the app. A physical card allows you to pay in stores and withdraw cash.
What cards does cashback applies to?
- 1% cashback applies to all KGS cards for paying online and via POS terminals.
- With O!Prime subscription: 2%.
- 0.5% cashback for foreign currency cards (except the virtual Visa and Visa Business cards) when you pay via POS terminals or online.
May I use my card abroad?
You can pay and withdraw cash with your Visa card abroad. Elcart cards only work in Kyrgyzstan. See the rates for cash-out and other transactions abroad here.
Can I spend bonuses immediately?
Yes, bonuses are available immediately. Shop at our partners using their brand QR or pay for services in the My O! app
How to get access to business lounge using a Visa Platinum card?
- To use the service, download the Visa Airport Companion app and register your Visa Platinum card.
