Should cash register be applied for separately for the O!Bank POS terminal?
No, the O!Bank POS terminal has got the integrated cash register feature. All receipts are fiscalized, processed and sent to STS. The POS terminal prints out the single receipt containing the fiscal and payment details. As required by the Kyrgyz Republic Tax Code, the fiscal sales receipt must be issued to customer for any payment made via ELQR or POS terminal.
How much does the service cost?
The service is free and includes repairs and maintenance, special rate for stable online connection, and the sales receipt tape supply, except in cases such as damage to, destruction or stealth of a POS terminal handed over to a partner.
Can the O!Bank POS terminal be integrated with the 1C software or shop’s cash register?
Yes, it can be integrated with any stock accounting system and cash register. Our specialists provide API protocols and full support for integration free of charge.
How long does the terminal delivery take?
It takes 1 to 2 days, from application submission to issue, setup and device operation training.
Are promotional materials provided with the device?
The Operator provides promotional materials free of charge.
When do customers need to enter PIN to pay via the terminal?
PIN should be entered for payments over 3,000 KGS.
Can several terminals be installed at several sales points?

Where do payments made via POS terminals go?
When applying for a POS terminal, the applicant may indicate the existing current account or open a new one with O!Bank by submitting an application via Whatsapp or Telegram.
- download the O!Business app from App Store or Google Play;
- enter tax ID and phone number;
- make photos of both passport sides and do video identity verification;
- attach the picture of patent or registration certificate;
- enter the code sent by SMS and create a password;
- once registration is successful, open the “Accounts and cards” section and click “+”;
- indicate expected cash turnover;
- select Kyrgyz som as the account currency;
- enter the code sent by SMS and wait for notification on the account opening.
