Completion of the Deal for the Sale of 100% of the Shares of a Subsidiary in Kyrgyzstan

Kazkommertsbank JSC (LSE: HSBK; KASE: HSBK, HSBKd; AIX: HSBK, HSBK.Y) announces the completion of the procedures for the sale of 100% of the shares of Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan JSC to a consortium of clients within the investment group Visor International DMCC («Visor»). The Visor group plans to retain Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan JSC as a legal entity and continue its further development in Kyrgyzstan.
