New terms for receiving Astrasend money transfers

Starting from December 1, 2025, updated terms for the Astrasend money transfer service will come into effect.

From this date, a fee in amount of 1.5% of the money transferred will be charged when receiving a transfer. All other service conditions remain unchanged – transfers will continue to be fast and secure, and funds can be received via the My O! app as well as at any O!Bank or O!Store office.

How to receive a transfer online?

1. Update and open the My O! app.

2. Select “Transfers” → “Astrasend Transfers” and enter the control number.

3. Specify account, card, or wallet – the funds will be credited instantly.

At O!Bank and O!Store offices, simply provide the transfer number and present your passport to a staff member.
