A very user-friendly app - it has everything you need. For example, you can renew patents, pay taxes, and much more, right away. Some of the features available in this app aren't offered by other banks either. Payments go through in seconds, which is especially important when you're paying by QR code in a store and there's a whole line behind you. Overall, I really like it. I use this app all the time, and there was only one time when it didn't work. Other than that, it has never let me down, unlike Mbank, for example. Highly recommend it - 5 stars!

How do I start using the app?

Download My O! from the App Store or Google Play, sign in using a Kyrgyzstan SIM card, and complete the identity verification process.

Can I sign in without an O! SIM card?

Yes. The app supports SIM cards and eSIMs from all mobile operators in Kyrgyzstan.

How can I earn bonuses?

Bonuses are awarded when you pay with a Visa Cashback card, as well as for QR payments and purchases from partner merchants. Cashback can be as high as 15%.

How can I top up my account or card?

You can top up your account or card in the app, through payment terminals, by transferring money from other cards, or at O!Bank branches.

How can I block my card if I lose it?

You can block your card in several ways: in the My O! app (on the home screen, select your card and click “Block card”); by calling the call center at 9999; or at any O!Bank or O!Store branch.

Can I use the app abroad?

Yes. The app works outside Kyrgyzstan as long as you have a SIM card from one of the Kyrgyz mobile operators. Make sure international roaming is enabled - it is required to receive one-time SMS passwords (OTPs) when signing in and confirming transactions.
