O!Bank is making mortgage financing even more attractive. The interest rate now depends on the size of your down payment.

You can apply for a mortgage to purchase or build a home.

Loan terms:

amount: 850,000 to 12,750,000 KGS;
term: 6 to 120 months;
down payment: at least 20% of the property value.

To apply, you will need your passport, proof of income, and documents for the property offered as collateral.

You can apply for a mortgage at any O!Bank branch or online through the My O! app. Open Loans → Mortgage, enter the required information, and submit your application.

Promotion interest rates:

How to qualify for the minimum interest rate of 15.5%:

1. Make a down payment of at least 50% of the property value.

2. Be an O!Bank customer with an active current or card account.

3. During the three months before submitting your application, make at least three payments of KGS 300 or more to participating promotion partners: O!, Saima Telecom, Globus, Narodnyi, SPAR, and Dostor

You can combine payments across different partners as you wish. Payments made with an O!Bank card, including online payments, as well as payments through the My O! app, are eligible.
