A mortgage loan is available for purchasing completed residential property, building a private house, or improving your housing conditions.

Loan terms:

• loan amount: from 250,000 to 12,500,000 KGS

• loan term: 6 to 120 months

• interest rate: from 18% per annum

Cashback terms:

• apply for a mortgage loan of 3,500,000 KGS or more;

• make your first scheduled payment in full and on time;

• receive 10,000 KGS cashback, which will be credited within 10 calendar days after confirmation that all promotion requirements have been met.
