Apply for a Mortgage Loan and Receive KGS 10,000 cashback

O!Bank is making mortgage financing even more rewarding. Bank customers may now receive cashback of KGS 10,000 upon making the first scheduled payment in full and on time.

Mortgage loans are available for the purchase of completed residential property, construction of a residential house, or improvement of housing conditions.

Loan Terms

• loan amount – from KGS 250,000 to KGS 12,500,000;
• loan term – from 6 to 120 months;
• interest rate – from 18% per annum.

To apply, you will need a passport, documents confirming your income, and documents relating to the collateral property.

You can apply for a mortgage loan at any O!Bank branch or online through the My O! app: open Loans → Mortgage → enter the required information and submit your application.

Cashback Eligibility Requirements

• obtain a mortgage loan in the amount of at least KGS 3,500,000;
• make the first scheduled payment in full and on time;
• receive KGS 10,000 – the cashback will be credited within 10 calendar days after confirmation that all promotional requirements have been met.
