Scheduled maintenance

Scheduled maintenance will take place overnight on October 21, 2026, from 02:00 to 06:00.

 The following services will be temporarily unavailable during this period:

·Visa card transactions at ATMs, POS terminals, and online stores;

·use of Visa cards in the My O! mobile app;

·services at ATMs and POS terminals;

·SMS notifications for card transactions and OTP code delivery;

·bonus crediting for card transactions.

Overnight on October 22, 2026, scheduled maintenance will be carried out by Interbank Processing Center (IPC) OJSC.

 From 01:00 to 06:00, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

·Elcart card transactions;

·cash withdrawals at other banks’ ATMs;

·payments for purchases via POS terminals and online.

 Please plan any necessary transactions in advance, taking these temporary restrictions into account.
