Good mortgage loans for Osh residents

O!Bank, in cooperation with the Municipal Mortgage Lending Company of the Osh Mayor Office, offers mortgage loans with cost-efficient interest rates.

Terms:

• amount: $3,000 to $150,000 (or equivalent in the national currency);
• period: 12 to 84 months;
• interest rate: 11% per annum; EPAR: 11.47%.

Who can be given mortgage loans?

• individuals (whether residents or non-residents of the Kyrgyz Republic);
• hired employees and individual entrepreneurs.

Required documents:

• employer statement on salary for the last 6-12 months;
• applicant’s passport and applicant spouse’s passport (if officially married);
• marriage certificate.

Security required: immovable property.
