New card rates for individuals

Starting from June 5, 2026, updated rates for bank cards for individual customers will come into effect.

The changes apply to:

• the annual maintenance fee for Visa Platinum cards;
• cash withdrawal fees for Visa cards at ATMs and bank cash desks within Kyrgyzstan and abroad;
• the cancellation of interest accrual on the balance for Elcart cards.
