New Visa card fees

Updated fees for Visa cards for individuals will come into effect on October 1, 2026.

What will change:

1. The fee for cash withdrawals from Visa cards at ATMs and cash desks of other banks will be 1.5% of the withdrawal amount, but not less than KGS 250. The terms for Visa Platinum cards remain unchanged.

2. When withdrawing cash using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Garmin Pay at O!Bank ATMs and cash desks, the same fee applies as for cash withdrawals using a regular Visa card.
