O!Bank adapts digital services for people with disabilities

O!Bank is making its digital services convenient and accessible for all customers.
The My O! app and the bank’s official website are now adapted for users with visual impairments.
This enables customers with disabilities to use banking services without assistance, including transferring money, paying for services, checking their balance, and more.
To use the app, simply update My O! via App Store or Google Play and enable the screen reader in your phone’s settings. The app supports VoiceOver on iOS and TalkBack on Android.
On the bank’s official website, users can adjust the text size and enable enhanced contrast. The website also supports screen reader software that reads on-screen information aloud.
For O!Bank, accessibility of financial services is an important part of providing high-quality customer service. The Bank will continue developing its digital services to make them convenient and accessible for all customers.
