Transfers to Kaspi.kz payments via Kaspi QR

The fee is 0%. There is no fee for payments via Kaspi QR or for transfers to Kaspi.kz using a phone number. The money is deducted from your balance in Kyrgyz soms, while the recipient receives the money in Kazakh tenge.

The limit applies to each individual transaction and depends on your identity verification level and the source of funds.

• With online identity verification — up to 30,000 KGS when paying from your wallet and up to 10,000 KGS when paying from a card or account.
• With full identity verification — up to 50,000 KGS from any source for transfers to Kaspi.kz, and up to 300,000 KGS for payments via Kaspi QR.

To increase your limit, complete full identity verification with your passport at any O!Bank branch or O!Store.

You can pay using your O!Bank wallet, phone balance, KGS account, or KGS-denominated O!Bank card. You can select the source of funds when making the payment.

You can use My O! to pay via Kaspi QR in both Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, at participating businesses and companies. Kaspi.kz users can also make payments in Kyrgyzstan using any QR code based on the ELQR standard, including QR codes belonging to individuals.

Payments are supported on POS terminals and with the latest QR codes. QR codes that require additional information to be entered before payment are only partially supported. We are working to expand support for these QR codes. If the QR code cannot be scanned, you can send the money using the phone number linked to the recipient’s Kaspi.kz account.

With My O!, QR payments can be used to pay for purchases at participating businesses and companies. Personal QR codes belonging to individuals are not supported. To send money to another person, use the phone number linked to their Kaspi.kz account. In the Transfers section, select Kaspi.kz, enter the phone number and the amount, and confirm the transfer.

You pay in Kyrgyz soms, while the recipient receives the money in Kazakh tenge. The conversion is made at O!Bank’s commercial exchange rate published on the bank’s website and in the My O! app. The exact amount in tenge is shown on the confirmation screen. By clicking Confirm, you agree to the applicable conversion terms.

No. Cashback is awarded for payments made with an O!Bank card and via O!Bank QR codes. Kaspi QR payments are not eligible for cashback. Enhanced cashback is available with an O!Prime subscription.

If a payment is unsuccessful, the money is automatically refunded. All transactions are available in the payment history in My O!, where you can view and send the receipt. If the money has not been refunded, call customer support at 9999.

Contact the merchant where you made the purchase and request a refund using the QR code. The money will be returned to your account within 1–15 minutes. If the purchase was made in Kyrgyzstan, the refund is processed according to the merchant’s standard refund procedure.

A Kaspi.kz user in Kyrgyzstan can send you money using a QR code. Open My O!, click QR in the bottom navigation bar, and select My QR. The sender then scans the code in the Kaspi app. The money is deducted from the sender’s account in Kazakh tenge and credited to you in Kyrgyz soms.
